The Senior shall provide advisory services of EHS solution on Digital tools along with proven Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) subject matter knowledge to work efficiently with our key clients in their EHS solution implementations. Technical Knowledge of market leading EHS tools like Enablon, Workiva, (Mandatory); IBM Envizi, Sphera, Cority, (Good to have) would be required

The Senior will be responsible for working closely with Managers and Senior Managers on client engagements. The role requires techno functional knowledge of Enablon and other market leading EHS & Sustainability Digital tools.

Primary responsibilities

  • Implement Enablon solution for clients worldwide. Perform system configuration, enhancements, advanced customisation using Nabsic, integration, training, roll-out, support, maintenance, and improvements.
  • Support client teams as required to configure/deploy Enablon; specific activities include configuring components within the solution, analysing/migrating data, and developing custom reports/dashboards and automated interfaces.
  • Designing the Reporting Platform on Enablon to support desired processes, including templates, connectors, and workflows.
  • Coordinating workshops to evaluate the current AS-IS process and establish the desired TO-BE state, while identifying opportunities for enhancing efficiency and implementing automation.
  • Ensure quality in delivering client service by directing daily progress of assigned deliverables and informing supervisors of engagement status.
  • Identify engagement and client service issues. Research and benchmark client data to industry data. Follow through on client requests in a timely fashion and manage expectations regarding the timing of deliverables and reports.
  • Leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to confirm the platform meets user needs. Developing and conducting training for end-users on the new system.

Qualifications, skills, and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or Management Information Systems.
  • 3-5 years of experience in consulting work experience in Enablon design, build test, and deployment.
  • Practitioner of Sustainability Reporting and framework.
  • In-depth Enablon experience in one or more process areas like
    • ESG Metrics
    • Health & Safety Audits,
    • Risk & Compliance Management,
    • Environmental emissions (Air, water, waste)
    • Enablon Factories
    • Advanced Configuration including Nabsic Coding
  • Knowledge in following prducts will be useful:
    • Workiva Platform
    • Familiarity with Wdesk & Wdata modules within Workiva

  • Relevant consulting and implementation experience with other leading supply chain planning solutions such as Oracle, O9, Kinaxis, Logility, SAP, or leading ERP is an added advantage

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Advanced degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics or Operations Research preferred. A combination of Bachelor ’s degree and relevant industry experience may be considered in lieu of advanced degree

Your key responsibilities

  • Knowledge of GDPR and CCPA (California) would be an asset.
  • A law degree would be an asset but not required.
  • Certification in privacy disciplines such as CIPP/C, CIPM, or CIPT recommended
  • Minimum five years’ experience in a privacy or compliance function, with experience in policy, incident response, privacy impact assessments, consultations, reviews, etc.

Your key responsibilities

As an Experience Management Advanced Associate, you will work as the staffing point of contact for the assigned region/service/competency team and will be responsible to work with the service delivery managers in capturing staffing demand projections, analyze demand intake patterns, demand – supply matching, demand – supply gaps, schedule individuals on projects, optimize employee utilization and bench management.

Skills and attributes for success

Graduates with 2-3 years of relevant workforce management experience. Understanding of business models, operational and financial aspects of service delivery will be preferred. The suitable candidate should have good analytical skills, can compute staffing demands, validate skills and experiences associated with the demand, identify suitable fulfilment options from the internal pool of professionals available for allocation or on bench and negotiate staffing solutions with the service delivery managers.

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel.

Qualifications, skills, and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or Management Information Systems.
  • 3-5 years of experience in consulting work experience in Enablon design, build test, and deployment.
  • Practitioner of Sustainability Reporting and framework.
  • In-depth Enablon experience in one or more process areas like
    • ESG Metrics
    • Health & Safety Audits,
    • Risk & Compliance Management,
    • Environmental emissions (Air, water, waste)
    • Enablon Factories
    • Advanced Configuration including Nabsic Coding
  • Knowledge in following prducts will be useful:
    • Workiva Platform
    • Familiarity with Wdesk & Wdata modules within Workiva
    • IBM Envizi
    • Knowledge of Data Integration, Data Transformation and modelling preferred.
  • Following Technical Skills will be considered as bonus:
    • Microsoft PowerApps
  • Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and technical writing skills
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel on short notice, as necessary
