To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is required. An MBA or MS in Marketing is preferred.
  • Experience: Over 4 years of end-to-end campaign management experience and more than 9 years in B2B marketing, preferably within professional services or similar sectors. Proven expertise in managing global-level processes and projects.

Your key responsibilities

  • Collaborating with BMC leaders and other stakeholders to tailor marketing initiatives that align with the region's strategic priorities.
  • Overseeing marketing program operations from inception through to execution, creating audience-focused content across various channels.
  • Partnering with brand, digital, and communication teams to ensure cohesive integration of marketing efforts that resonate with target audiences.
  • Working with Global Delivery Services and outsourcing resources to ensure efficient implementation of programs.
  • Applying industry best practices to enhance market impact, alongside regular performance reporting and improvement through data analytics.
  • Traveling within the region is also expected as part of the role.
  • Support coordination with service line, regional, sector BMC teams on content dissemination
  • Create reporting and overall status overview on the performance of the campaigns for Europe West leaders and other stakeholders
  • Coordinate project execution, including inputting project schedules, track status and adjustments, and ensure all milestones, actions and deadlines are met on-schedule. Also, perform Project Asset Management for keeping the documents up to date.
  • Support other day-to-day activities and monitoring around digital program, including the information mailbox, media tracking tools, social feeds, and addressing needs as appropriate
  • Maintain reports to monitor progress of projects and placement of postings
  • Continuous focus on process improvement, impact, ROI, effectiveness, and efficiency

To qualify for the role, you must have
