Transformation Design and Execution
Lead cross border teams to help US clients connect strategy to execution. As a TD&E Manager, you will design and stand-up Transformation/Program/Enterprise PMOs, shape the target operating model, guide portfolio decisions, and drive delivery across time zones. You will combine clear governance with practical reporting so leaders can see progress, risks, and value realized. You will also grow people and help win new work.
You will work with our clients to establish a TMO, PMO or EPMO structure to mobilize and manage programs by applying a proven EY framework and methodology based on industry recognized global standards. For these projects, you will be leading a team and partnering with engagement leadership to design, establish and deliver project and program Operating Models and governance structures, track performance, complete status reporting and benefit realization across workstreams. You will support a knowledgeable team with experience in planning, controlling, and executing complex programs, Program Management Offices and Transformation Offices. In your role, you will gain key insights and drive strategic conversations with our clients.
