  • Product Vision and Strategy : Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the design platforms, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and user needs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with UX/UI designers, engineers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to develop and deliver innovative design solutions that enhance user experience.
  • Market Research and User Feedback : Conduct thorough market research and gather user feedback to inform product decisions, identify trends, and understand user pain points.
  • Feature Prioritization : Prioritize features and enhancements based on user needs, business impact, and technical feasibility, ensuring a balanced approach to product development.
  • Product Lifecycle Management : Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and post-launch evaluation, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.

  • Prepare reports showing the reach and impact of Communication & Engagement initiatives by tracking campaign metrics, assessing engagement success, and recommending improvements.
  • For specific campaigns, collaborate independently with stakeholders to shape core messaging and develop supporting assets.
  • Create engaging communication content for a range of platforms such as videos, newsletter articles, social media posts, podcasts, webcasts, presentations, and more.
  • Work closely with Regional BMC and CR network teams to help deliver dynamic, localized communication campaigns.
