Manager - AI Software Developer – Digital FAAS
In Financial Accounting & Advisory Services (FAAS) within Assurance, we assist our clients to address the accounting and financial reporting challenges facing their business. As an AI Engineering Manager, you will lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative, scalable AI solutions that support our clients’ financial and operational decision-making. You will oversee the development and deployment of intelligent systems using modern AI tools, includinglarge language models (LLMs), GenAI platforms, and cloud-native services. Your leadership will ensure that AI-driven solutions are designed responsibly and generate measurable value for our clients.
This role will be based inRiyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with remote support for MENA client engagements. Travel may be required based on project needs.
You will also play a key role in growing our AI offerings, mentoring junior professionals, and shaping strategic AI transformation initiatives.
Your key responsibilities
As a manager, you will be expected to lead the design, development, and deployment ofAI and GenAI solutionsacross diverse industries while managing project teams delivering AI use cases, ensuring solutions meet business requirements, are production-ready, and comply with governance standards. You will work with stakeholders to identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities for AI implementation. Also, you will collaborate with data engineers, architects, and business consultants to integrate AI models into broader enterprise ecosystems.
Moreover, you will be responsible to guide the adoption of(e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Azure OpenAI, HuggingFace), driving innovation in areas such as financial document analysis, reporting automation, and virtual assistants and ensure AI solutions are scalable, ethical, explainable, and aligned with clients’ compliance needs.
