Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and tune cloud-native and third-party threat detection platforms across multi-cloud environments.
• Configure and manage Web Application Firewalls (WAFs) to protect against OWASP Top 10 threats and emerging attack vectors.
• Provide subject matter expertise during incident escalation and ability to triage and lead major incident manage calls related to potential availability investigations
• Conduct deep packet inspection and network traffic analysis using tools like Wireshark, Tcpdump, and cloud-native telemetry.
• Develop and implement bot detection and mitigation strategies using behavioral analytics and ML-based tools.

Required Skills & Abilities:

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Minimum 10 years of related experience, preferably in IAM, information security, network administration, or IT.
• Bachelor’s degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Computer Science or IT, or Bachelor’s in Computer Applications (BCA), or Master’s in Computer Applications (MCA).
• Supervisory experience preferred, with a strong track record of leading IAM technology teams.
• Expertise in IAM frameworks, security controls, and governance models, with hands-on experience in IAM technologies such as Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and Zero Trust principles.
• Strong ability to assess and implement IAM solutions that align with enterprise risk management strategies.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills to drive IAM initiatives across the organization.
• Experience in vendor evaluation, contract negotiation, and implementing security best practices.
