▪ Ensure that placement processes are operated effectively and timeously.
▪ Ensure clear hand-offs and communication with colleagues and other
stakeholders throughout the Mobility Program’s lifecycle.
▪ Work closely with Mobility colleagues to administer programs effectively (e.g.
track status, manage nominations, manage program budgets/funding, communications).
▪ Monitor Mobility Programs delivery in remit and provide regular reporting.
▪ Keep abreast of external and internal trends and best practices to drive
continuous improvement of Mobility Programs.
▪ Preparation of regular communications and insights to be shared with▪ Take ownership of tasks/projects to support the Mobility Programs Design Lead
and work together with the appropriate stakeholders.
▪ Prepare and/or manage relevant meetings (incl agendas/minutes) and email▪ Participate and contribute in relevant calls across the Mobility and Talent
This role may have supervision responsibility for dedicated VTH resources.
▪ Good knowledge of and experience in international mobility regarding policies,
processes and systems.
▪ Good understanding of relevant tax and immigration legislation, as well as▪ Good knowledge of generalist Human Resources –career management,
performance reviews, termination, induction, employee relations etc.priorities and the firm-wide talent agenda.
▪ Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel,
PowerPoint) and others.
▪ Proficiency in effective communication across all organizational levels and▪ Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize objectives and manage all
aspects of the role.certifications, and industry conferences to stay current with best practices and advancements in global Mobility.
▪ Proven ability to forge strong relationships and networks internally to aid

▪ Educated to Bachelors degree as a minimum is required. In addition, professional qualifications in a related discipline is preferred.

As a Senior Associate / Assistant Manager:
Apply technical and analytical skills to support the delivery of high-quality solutions for clients

To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have
A bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Psychology, Management, or related discipline
Senior Associate : Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HR consulting, change management, workforce strategy, or similar areas
Manager : Minimum 5 years of experience, including leading teams or workstreams
Senior Manager : At least 7–8 years of experience with demonstrated success in managing large-scale projects and client relationships
Exposure to client-facing environments such as Big 4, global consultancies, or in-house roles leading transformation initiatives
Ideally, You’ll Also Have
Postgraduate or professional certifications (e.g., MBA, CIPD, Prosci, SHRM)
Experience managing complex stakeholders across sectors
Demonstrated success in leading pursuits and business development
Exposure to digital HR solutions, people analytics, or workforce planning technologies
