To qualify for the role, you must have

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Human Resources.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A Master’s degree (MBA/PGDM) in HR is preferred.
• Strong expertise in employee relations, talent management, and HR compliance.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive HR initiatives aligned with business objectives. HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are preferred.

Your key responsibilities

• Application Development : Design and develop cloud-native applications and services using AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, ECS, EKS, and DynamoDB, Glue, Redshift, EMR.

Job Title: Operations Support - Supervising Associate

As Operations Support, you will serve as a trusted advisor to the ES Finance leadership, overseeing a range of administrative, operational, and reporting responsibilities to ensure streamlined and effective operational processes. You will play a key role in consolidating data and information, maintaining reports, managing communications, and developing presentation materials for our stakeholders. Your key responsibilities

• Provide valuable insights to the leadership team and support leaders in executing ES Finance strategy
• Participate in the global planning and FTE forecasting processes
