Well conversant with MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Powerpoint, Excel) and usage of Internet. Communication Skills – Ability to interact comfortably on telephone, conference calls and through emails with Client Personnel, Client Service Providers and any Onsite team. Effective Time management – Ability to meet deadlines. Self-motivated and able to work independently with limited supervision / guidance. Flexible on timings and willingness to work in an unstructured environment. Minimum Education and Experience: Educational Qualification – Post graduates, LLM / CFA / MBA (Finance) / CA / ICWA. Overall experience of 4-6 years or more. At least 4 years of relevant experience in managing outsourcing contracts. At least 5 years of experience in directly interacting with client and senior leadership team. Currently working in supervisory position (Assistant Manager or above) handling more than 10 people. Prior experience in KPO / BPO or IT industry. Added advantage (not a decision factor) French, German, Spanish or any other foreign language skills (Comprehensively Speak, Read & Write) Exposure to ISO 27001 / 31000 / SAS70 / SSAE / ISAE standards Six Sigma Green Belt trained PMP Trained or Certified ITIL Trained or Certified IACCM Trained or Certified Currently handling a project independently (size irrespective)
