Key Responsibilities

• Lead the setup, operation, and support of all AV and immersive systems for client visits to the CEC, executive briefings, live events, and studio productions.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for AV-related queries, delivering polished, proactive, and professional support to clients, facilitators, and centre staff.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• AV certifications (e.g., CTS, Dante, Crestron, Extron) – required
• 7–10 years of hands-on experience in AV support, event technology, or immersive experience environments, with significant exposure to studio/broadcast environments (especially green room/chroma key production) and direct vendor management
• Medium-level networking knowledge, including AV networking and AV-over-IP – required
