Job Title: Assistant Director – Trainer

Enterprise Technology provides reliable, secure and resilient technology services and solutions to support our 400,000 EY people. The Service Adoption Trainer is responsible for developing and implementing training programs to ensure the successful adoption of new services and technologies within the organization (primarily M365, Security, Mobile and AI such as M365 Copilot). This includes creating training materials, conducting training sessions, and measuring the effectiveness of training programs.

Your key responsibilities

  • Training Development: Design and develop comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of different user groups within the organization.
  • Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions to ensure users are proficient in using new services and technologies. Due to the global nature of our business, expertise is required in delivering effective and engaging virtual trainings.
  • Content Creation: Develop training materials, including manuals, guides, videos (MSFT Clipchamp), and other resources to support training initiatives. Video is a particularly important format for our global audiences and site assets.
  • Direct and manage training support resource
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with various stakeholders, including product managers, change managers, and service line leaders, to understand training needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Performance Measurement: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics. Report to key stakeholders and make necessary adjustments to improve training impact.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in training. Implement innovative training methods to enhance user engagement and learning.

This is a non-client facing role, with great flexibility to work from a home office with limited travel.

This role is guided by the BRM Service Adoption Content Lead.

Skills and attributes for success

The role requires an understanding of enterprise services and technologies to develop robust training programs tailored for various audiences (business and technical). The successful candidate must be comfortable training large groups of disparate users virtually in an enthusiastic and energetic manner. The role also requires tracking attendance from training programs and willingness to adjust based on user feedback.

To qualify for the role you must have

  • 5 years of experience developing and delivering training programs, preferably in a corporate or technology-driven environment.
  • Strong US English communication and presentation skills, proficiency in creating training materials, and the ability to engage and motivate learners
  • Video production experience (MSFT ClipChamp)
  • College degree in education, training, human resources, or a related discipline
  • Experience developing large scale training programs that includes behavioural changes as well as technology awareness
  • Awareness of requirements for select training programs to be eligible for continuing education credit such as CE or CPE
  • Previous project / program work in the areas of end-user technology adoption, mobile, security and/or Microsoft M365 products and services
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal for leaders and end users
  • Team player mindset, able to work collaboratively with and through others

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and other training tools
  • Excellent active listening skills
  • Experience establishing and maintaining active knowledge of the broad and complex EY technology estate

The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $55,400 to $113,000. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $66,600 to $128,500. Position Visual Communication Designer, GDS PAS Tax, India

Education Any recognized Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, visual communication or related field. Certifications in UI/UX design or design software is desirable

Experience Minimum 2 years of strong work experience in a consulting environment in visual or graphic design

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate complex ideas into intuitive, visually engaging graphics that improve comprehension and retention.
  • Develop creative assets from concept to completion, ensuring consistency with branding guidelines.
  • Design and conceptualize branding materials including brochures, placemats, illustrations, layouts, infographics, proposals, on-screen presentations, short videos, and social media collaterals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project needs and deliver editable, professional outputs.
  • Create storyboards, format client proposals, advisory decks, slip sheets and internal presentations.
  • Create infographics, flowcharts, and process diagrams using Visio to visually represent complex information.
  • Maintain and update reusable design templates and support print-ready brochure creation when required.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Apply design thinking and communication design principles to enhance visual storytelling.
  • Keep up with current design trends and advocate their adoption across teams and clients.
  • Drive creativity through the integration of AI tools and techniques in design workflows.

  • Collaboration & Visualization: Miro, Visio
  • Storyboarding & Video Editing: Strong foundational skills in storyboarding and video editing

Job Title: Assistant Director – Trainer

Enterprise Technology provides reliable, secure and resilient technology services and solutions to support our 400,000 EY people. As part of Enterprise Technology, you’ll be at the forefront of enabling innovative technologies including emerging collaboration tools and top-tier technology infrastructure.

The Service Adoption Trainer is responsible for developing and implementing training programs to ensure the successful adoption of new services and technologies within the organization (primarily M365, Security, Mobile and AI such as M365 Copilot). This includes creating training materials, conducting training sessions, and measuring the effectiveness of training programs.

Your key responsibilities

  • Training Development: Design and develop comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of different user groups within the organization.
  • Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions to ensure users are proficient in using new services and technologies. Due to the global nature of our business, expertise is required in delivering effective and engaging virtual trainings.
  • Content Creation: Develop training materials, including manuals, guides, videos (MSFT Clipchamp), and other resources to support training initiatives. Video is a particularly important format for our global audiences and site assets.
  • Direct and manage training support resource
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with various stakeholders, including product managers, change managers, and service line leaders, to understand training needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Performance Measurement: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics. Report to key stakeholders and make necessary adjustments to improve training impact.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in training. Implement innovative training methods to enhance user engagement and learning.

This is a non-client facing role, with great flexibility to work from a home office with limited travel.

This role is guided by the BRM Service Adoption Content Lead.

Skills and attributes for success

The role requires an understanding of enterprise services and technologies to develop robust training programs tailored for various audiences (business and technical). The successful candidate must be comfortable training large groups of disparate users virtually in an enthusiastic and energetic manner. The role also requires tracking attendance from training programs and willingness to adjust based on user feedback.

To qualify for the role you must have

  • 5 years of experience developing and delivering training programs, preferably in a corporate or technology-driven environment.
  • Strong US English communication and presentation skills, proficiency in creating training materials, and the ability to engage and motivate learners
  • Video production experience (MSFT ClipChamp)
  • College degree in education, training, human resources, or a related discipline
  • Experience developing large scale training programs that includes behavioural changes as well as technology awareness
  • Awareness of requirements for select training programs to be eligible for continuing education credit such as CE or CPE
  • Previous project / program work in the areas of end-user technology adoption, mobile, security and/or Microsoft M365 products and services
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal for leaders and end users
  • Team player mindset, able to work collaboratively with and through others

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and other training tools
  • Excellent active listening skills
  • Experience establishing and maintaining active knowledge of the broad and complex EY technology estate
  • Strong verbal and written skills with the ability to draft effective, business-ready training materials
  • Advanced interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with content production and planning calendars
