Manager

Description:

We are seeking a Tech Product Development Lead to design, architect, and develop robust applications for payment systems and core processing solutions. You will ensure compliance with industry standards while translating user needs into technical features that enhance customer experience. Key responsibilities include developing payment processing capabilities, conducting quality assurance, and collaborating with Product Management to clarify requirements. Proficiency in Java, modern front-end technologies (e.g., React), and cloud deployments is essential.

Experience Level:

• BE/BTech with 10+ years of relevant experience of which at least 3 years in Payments.
• Expertise in software development and payments architecture, with experience in payment application cycles.
• Manage the end-to-end delivery of digital projects, including multi location, multi geography delivery teams.
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of web applications, ensuring high performance and scalability.
• Strong programming skills and experience with NoSQL databases and distributed messaging systems (e.g., Redis, Kafka).
• Manage and mentor a technical team, promoting best practices and a culture of innovation.

Domain Requirement:

• Deep knowledge of payments and digital banking, including large-scale modernization programs.

• Possess understanding in firewalls, VPNs, NAC, SDWAN, WAF, Proxy, EDR/XDR etc.
• Expert level experience with deployment, maintenance and operations of one or more major network security Devices
