Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

  • SAP experience is preferred but not required

  • Cutover experience of system implementation projects
  • Clear communication skills and evidence of delivering to executive stakeholders while handling large scale teleconference meetings and deliveries. Able to adapt to live changing scenarios and questions while maintaining a calm, controlled, focused and guided teleconference meeting.
  • Manage internal issues escalated from the team to remove barriers preventing them from performing their assigned activities
  • Initiating Service Improvement Programs for the Cutover process
  • Identify process / work activity improvements for areas related to the Cutover process and coordinate efforts to produce effective and consistent results

  • Proven track record in managing cutovers for large, complex and highly integrated application landscapes with programs with a global template, single production instance and a dual path to production

Other Requirements:

  • Work independently based on direction from lead. Take accountability for the performance and results of a team while developing and executing cutover
  • Adapt plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges
  • Experience of having worked on large, global IT deployment programs including preparing for go-live and supporting the immediate post go-live period
  • Some travel may be required, possibly international
