Sector Performance & Health
• Manage sector P&L analytics — revenue, margin, pipeline, and utilization across service lines.

• Deliver monthly dashboards and insights for leadership decision-making. 2. Strategy Execution & Governance
• Support execution of sector strategic priorities and annual growth plan.
• Coordinate cross-service line initiatives and track strategic KPIs.
• Manage leadership governance – calls, reviews, reporting cadence. 3. Business Development & Market Activation
• Partner with BD and Marketing to run sector campaigns, client targeting, and pursuit analytics.
• Track pipeline health, win rates, and account performance.

• Conduct market benchmarking using IQVIA, EvaluatePharma, Scrip, and other databases.
• Generate actionable insights on market trends, competitor movements, and growth areas.

• Manage sector alignment with EY alliances (SAP, Microsoft, ServiceNow, AWS, Google).
