  • Up-to-date knowledge in social security, personal income tax and labour law related questions
  • University degree in economics, finance, or human resources is an advantage, but other relevant degrees are also accepted if supported by strong professional experience

Your key responsibilities

  • Conduct IT General Controls (IT GC) and IT application control assessments to ensure the integrity and reliability of information systems.
  • Perform general IT control examinations to evaluate the effectiveness of IT controls in safeguarding assets, maintaining data integrity, and operating effectively to achieve the organization's goals or objectives.
  • Support our Clients in strategy and execution for the compliance program to include SOC2, SOX, GDPR, and other regulatory data handling certifications
  • Delivering exceptional client service and acting as a trusted consultant for our clients
  • Recognizing new business opportunities that create value for our clients and turning them into projects
  • Planning and responsible for delivering IT Audits successfully, ensuring profitability of projects, and handling the administrative tasks as a manager
  • Coaching and responsible for the development of junior colleagues, acting as a team leader with the support of partners

To qualify for the role you must have

  • University degree in a relevant field, e.g. Computer Science and/or Economics , Software Engineering
  • 3+ years experience in IT audit , leading IT audits and smaller teams
  • Broad understanding of industry standards and frameworks ( ISO 27001-2 and/or COBIT and/or ITIL )
  • Solid writing and communication skills, fluent in English and Hungarian
  • Broad understanding of authorization concepts, preferably for SAP, and segregation of duties in IT and business terms
  • Experience in ERP systems, processes, and application controls

  • Relevant professional certifications (CISA, CISM, SOX, ISAE, etc.)
  • Familiarity with SQL is preferred, with the ability to write and troubleshoot SQL code and design (stored procedures, functions, tables, views, triggers, indexes, constraints)
