The nature of this role means no two projects will be the same. You will provide accounting advisory services encompassing support in the with regards to newly adopted Standards (IFRS 17 and IFRS 9) for insurance companies; improvement of financial reporting processes such as fast close and business intelligence projects; on call financial reporting advice; support in the re-design of control framework in financial reporting and accounting as a result of the adoption of the new Standards. That means you need to think outside the box, be creative and solutions oriented, challenge existing practices and be adaptable to change. As you build your knowledge and experience, you will become a credible advisor, influencing clients and engagement teams on resolutions that will impact entire industries.

Our Assurance Forensic & Integrity Services (Forensics) team is growing and as an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in that growth. Working with clients across all industries, you will develop innovative recommendations to some of the most complex assurance projects including fraud and corruption issues around. Your key responsibilities

We are currently seeking professionals to strengthen our Corporate Reporting Services (CRS) and Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) teams. Our CRS and FAAS teams consist of a group of experts whose day-to-day activities exist in supporting fast growing companies to take the next step (e.g. being an IPO or sale to a third-party investor) while supporting our clients with their ongoing corporate reporting responsibilities. This involves among others, preparation of high-quality IFRS financial statements and other parts of their annual reports, complying with new and more complex IFRS accounting standards and IFRS sustainability standards, and meeting the demands of regulators who demonstrate heightened interest in corporate reporting, transparency and connectivity. At the same time, the increasing need for dealing with complex financial reporting issues and interpreting technical requirements along with compliance with the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) is high on the agenda of our profession but also of big corporate and financial institutions.
