Senior Advisor / Manager - International Tax and Transaction Services

The pace of change in the international tax landscape in recent years has led to an increased demand for services and support from our clients. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects which are focused on helping clients to develop and execute their international tax strategy, including:

• Managing the risk arising from global tax law change resulting from Global/European developments such as Pillar II Global Minimum Tax

• M&A transactions – pre-transaction reorganisations and post-transaction integration

• IP realignment/optimization transactions

• Corporate restructuring

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to

Your key responsibilities

  • Assist in the technical delivery and reporting for projects, managing teams of actuarial consultants and taking ownership of the overall project delivery.
  • Assist in discussions with client contacts and help to manage expectations of delivery, content, timescales and cost.
  • Present to clients at different levels, including senior executive and board levels.
