Your Key Responsibilities:

· Work closely with clients in Cyprus and abroad to understand their fundamental business challenges and bring your experience to enable them to transform their business and solve their most complex problems

· Coordinate client workshops, gather and document business requirements and translate them into technical requirements

· Support our clients through an end-to-end process to design, agree and deliver their future requirements

· Be part of multi-disciplinary agile teams of other analysts, developers, UI/UX designers, testers etc.

· Lead playback sessions, scope/user story walk-throughs to client stakeholders

· Identify and analyse problems and issues that may affect the successful delivery and adoption of proposed solution into the business

· Contribute to business case developments and proposal preparations

· Create and deliver presentations to senior client stakeholders and internal leadership teams

· Collaborate with colleagues through internal communities to drive quality, identify best practices and share knowledge across the team

· Analysis and reengineering of business processes, to improve efficiency and quality

· Analysis and reinvention of current products and services as well as holistic business models

To qualify for the role, you should have:

· Minimum years of 2+ experience as a Business Analyst or Technology Consultant or Product Manager

· Experience in understanding business requirements and translating them into technical requirements

· Ability to analyse and document complex business processes, user stories and functional requirements

· Analytical mind set; critically evaluate the information gathered from multiple sources and reconcile conflicts

· Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audience

Ideally, you’ll also have:

· Banking, Insurance, Government or Telco experience is considered an advantage

· Certifications such as CCBA, PMP-PBA and/or CPRE

· Experience performing business analysis within a software development team

· A willingness to travel to meet client needs

· Experience working in agile methodologies

· High degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountability

· Proactive, self-starter with excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

· Good appreciation of current market technology trends (Cloud, Data Analytics, Emerging Technologies etc.) and how these are likely to impact key industry players

· Data migration / data integration expertise, preferably within the insurance / financial services industry

· Data mapping and data analysis skillset and ability to work with ERDs and database schemas

· Technical knowledge of SQL and data profiling tools will be considered an advantage

· Technical ETL tools knowledge will be considered an advantage

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation projects, from requirements gathering to go-live and post-implementation support.
• Conduct business process analysis and fit-gap assessments to align client needs with BC capabilities.
• Configure and customize Business Central modules to meet functional requirements.
• Prepare and deliver functional documentation, including business requirement documents (BRDs), functional design documents (FDDs), and test scripts.
• Coordinate with technical teams to design integrations, extensions, and reports.
• Deliver user training and workshops for key users and super users.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement recommendations.
• Stay up to date with Microsoft updates, new features, and best practices within the Business Central ecosystem.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Strong knowledge of core BC modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Inventory, Sales, and Purchasing.
• Experience with financial processes and reporting within BC.
• Familiarity with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate) is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and client-facing skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver high-quality results within deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Associate certification.
• Exposure to data migration, integration tools, and extensions development in collaboration with developers.
• Prior experience working in a consulting or implementation partner environment.

Key Responsibilities

Skills and Attributes for Success

• Bachelor’s and/or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or any other relevant subject from a reputable University.

• Up-to 6 years of full-time working experience in Data and/or AI and/or Machine Learning or a similar role.

• Strong skills in Python and/or R, and SQL.

• Experience working with popular ML packages such as scikit-learn, Pytorch, TensorFlow, or related ML libraries.

• A solid understanding of Machine Learning (ML) workflows including ingesting, analysing, transforming data and evaluating results to make meaningful predictions.

• Experience designing, building, and maintaining ML models, frameworks, and pipelines in a production environment – on-prem or cloud.

• Good understanding of the different data architecture patterns (e.g., Data Lake, Data Mesh, Data Warehouse, Data Lakehouse)

• Solid understanding of data modelling, ETL processes, and data integration techniques, including experience of implementing the above concepts.

• Experience with data visualization and BI tools such as PowerBI and/or Tableau.

• Ability to work with a wide variety of data types (i.e. structured and unstructured), extracting and integrating data from modern and legacy data platforms

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

• Clearly communicating findings, recommendations, and opportunities to improve data/AI systems and solutions.

• Strong mathematical and quantitative skills including calculus, linear algebra, and statistics.

It will be a plus if you have

• A deep understanding of and ability to teach concepts, tools, features, functions, and benefits of different Data & AI approaches.

• Experience working with diverse teams to deliver complex solutions.

• Familiarity with Generative AI models and frameworks e.g. OpenAI family, open source LLMs, etc.

• Experience fine-tuning Generative AI models.

• You have experience with lean/agile software development.
