Key Responsibilities:

• Support the team which provides “General Counsel” services to the EY firms based in Cyprus on a daily basis, reporting to the Senior Advocate leading the team.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of corporate and commercial documents, from routine corporate governance instruments to complex commercial contracts.

• Provide comprehensive translation services for documents, materials, and client inquiries in Japanese, English, and Vietnamese.
