Having worked in a service industry catering to clients on payroll services
7 to 8 years of experience in managing client facing payroll services.
Very strong Excel, analytical, Power Point skills
Very Strong Payroll Knowledge, should be well versed in all payrolls related statutory compliances like ESI, Provident fund, Salary TDS, Profession tax, labour welfare fund.
Knowledge on the upcoming code on wages will be an added benefit.
Manage client deliverables related to payroll and related compliances for India.
Manage the team and ensure that the team consistently delivers quality results.
Interact with clients to understand requirements, set expectations, address concerns, and work closely with internal leadership team.
Responsible for meeting agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA) on Turn Around Time (TAT) & Accuracy
Review and execution of quality deliverables.

This role is for a T24 Technical Lead with a deep understanding of private banking modules, also acting as a senior developer

Functional / Technical

  • Ensure awareness, involvement and support from the key stakeholders and participants by building strong project teams and maintaining robust communication on the project status throughout its life cycle

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • Drive and review technical and architectural design, enforce architectural guidelines and challenge status quo

Regulatory Responsibilities &/OR Risk Management

  • Demonstration of appropriate values and behaviours including but not limited to standards on honesty and integrity, due care and diligence, fair dealing (treating customers fairly), management of conflicts of interest, competence and continuous development, adequate risk management, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Take responsibility for ensuring that risks and issues are identified and managed closely and drive all stakeholders to deliver on time and to the required quality standards

Responsibilities as a guardrail for the platform

  • Development standards and T24 coding best practices are followed
  • Build fully complies with the blueprint, security concept and infra design
  • T-shirt sizes and estimates are within estimate framework
  • Impact assessment of all T24 changes and identify downstream impact
  • Design uses the correct integration patterns and formats
  • Design is fully scalable, reliable and resilient
  • Design is not creating any platform debt (or) using any obsolete technology
  • Non-functional requirements are fully met
  • Documentation updates and sign off like JIRA, Confluence, unit test documents, source code review reports, sonar scans, vulnerability scans, operational handover documents, etc.
  • Inform platform AR of any item to report to security, IT risk, architecture to register
  • Close collaboration with Business Engineers, System Architects, PMs, test management teams
  • Continuous sharing of latest dev concepts with developers

Professional and Technical

Professional

  • Minimum 15 years of development experience in T24 platforms
  • Deep understanding of the Private banking modules
  • Implementation experience of the SWIFT messaging, interfacing patterns, STP processes
  • Excellent personal organisation and ability to prioritise and carry out multiple tasks. Able to influence and drive projects to meet key milestones and overcome challenges
  • Able to translate functional requirements to efficient and fit-for-purpose technical solutions

Must Have:

  • T24 R23 and higher
  • TAFJ R23 and higher
  • Multi-Company set-up and multi-app server set-up
  • Hands on with Design Studio, Source code repository, Job schedulers, SQL developer
  • Experience with T24 development on Cloud environments
  • Experience in Temenos Unit Test framework
  • Integration framework, Outbox Event Streaming and Interaction framework (IRIS), MQ, JBOSS

Your key responsibilities

· Partner with Business and Strategy Leads to translate business needs into executable AI workflows, data pipelines, and client-specific product specifications.

· Define the end-to-end architecture for agents that integrate LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), multi-source data ingestion, and analytics components.

· Lead model selection, feature design, embedding strategy, and prompt frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex).

To qualify for the role, you must have

· A bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Analytics, or other related field and 8 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 7 years of related work experience.

· Full-time, hands-on experience applying AI/ML to solve real-world problems.

· Familiarity with multi-modal agent frameworks (LangChain, Haystack, RAG pipelines).

· Expertise in vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma), retrieval systems, and LLM fine-tuning.

· Strong understanding of real-world structured data merging, schema linking, and model evaluation at scale.

· Strong understanding of ML workflow including ingesting, analyzing, transforming data, and evaluating results to make meaningful predictions.

· Fluency in Python, PyTorch or TensorFlow, with ability to architect APIs around ML models.

· Proven experience designing, building, and maintaining ML models, frameworks, and pipelines.

· Experience working with and/or leading cross-functional business/engineering teams to deliver complex solutions.

· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex, technical concepts and progress, methodologies, solutioning, and results to business and client stakeholders.

· The ability and willingness to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessary.

Ideally, you’ll also have

· Experience building and deploying AI/ML products or features in a production environment.
