CBS - MKT - MAT - Solution Activation :

We assist the executive management in overseeing the firm’s operations. Key responsibilities includes:

  • Liaising with internal stakeholders to identify priority areas, growth driver solutions, review account plans and to drive growth and market enablement initiatives
  • Conceptualising and implementing firm-wide market campaigns to link and align PAN India teams on focus solutions, growth opportunities, etc
  • Monitoring firm revenue and pipeline and facilitating management review
  • Preparing GTM materials for the firm
  • Preparing reports for management review


Technical Excellence

Audit Pursuits Manager We’re looking for professionals responsible for covering Audit bids across all sectors as part of the Winning Audit Rotation (WAR) Your key responsibilities • Primary role is to drive results for the account team and the firm. • Focusing on priority Audit pursuits and work closely with account teams on Audit rotation planning • Conduct rigorous planning and management and works with an account team to drive Audit pursuits across the client’s organization. • This includes leveraging the Firm’s key initiatives and cross-functional services for new business opportunities within the account. • Accountable for revenue growth, higher win rates, market share enhancement, and quality assurance procedures for the account. • S/he will lead the entire pursuit and proposal process on their account. In the process, s/he will actively contribute to enhance the brand of the ‘Business Development Community’ and E&Y in India. Experience • 8-12 years’ experience in sales experience or bid management • Bachelor’s degree or above from a commercial or business-related discipline • Responsible for pursuit process executing the account strategies. • Work with business operations team to oversee the development of proposals and direct the account coordinators on their assigned accounts • Works with the Global Client Service Partner and participate throughout the Client and Engagement life cycle • Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint & Word proficiency • Excellent English communication skills – both written and verbal

Qualification

  • Bachelor of Commerce
  • Bachelor of Business Administration
  • Bachelor of Arts in English Literature
  • Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science
  • Bachelor of Design

Experience

  • Project Management (6+ years)
  • Business Analysis (3+ years)


People with the ability to work in a collaborative manner to provide services across multiple client departments while following the commercial and legal requirements. You will need a practical approach to solving issues and complex problems with the ability to deliver insightful and practical solutions.
