Your key responsibilities

You’ll be responsible for high-quality execution of significant HR processes, including compensation, performance management and career development. Skills and attributes for success

  • Education: Masters in Business (or equivalent) in finance, banking, accounting, mathematics, statistics, or a similar field, preferably supported by a professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CIMA, CFA, etc.),
  • Professional Experience: A minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience, with at least 5 years in a complex financial management role (e.g., professional services, strategy consulting, investment banking, financial planning and analysis, corporate development, SaaS/cloud commercialization, or pricing),
  • Pursuit Life Cycle Understanding: A proven track record of supporting (or leading) contract negotiations in a multinational environment,
