  • You will help solve our clients’ toughest challenges in areas such as business transformation, digital strategy & transformation, technology implementation, data & AI, customer experience, operating model redesign and performance improvement etc.

  • You will be formulating strategic initiatives, redesigning organizations, transforming the operations and processes, and improving business performance through the power of people, innovation, and technology.

  • You will help build insight and action plans around competitor intelligence and industry trends to ensure our clients remain forward-thinking and agile.

  • Consult with clients to understand their business objectives and technological requirements and provide strategic recommendations that integrate both business and technology perspectives.

  • Participate or managee implementation of transformation projects ensuring quality of work and timeline delivery.

To qualify for the role, you should have

Qual será o seu papel nesse propósito?

Como uma pessoa Gerente Contábil você atuará na área de TAX com foco na indústria financeira, prestando serviços de outsourcing relacionados a execução da parte contábil de empresas clientes, como bancos e seguradoras, realizando a execução de toda parte de TAX (impostos), como obrigações acessórias e apuração de impostos.   • Supervisão técnica e gestão de equipes, relacionamento com clientes, revisão de deliverables, desenvolvimento de pessoas, gestão financeira e de risco dos projetos
  • Conhecimento profundo em CVM, susep e orgãoes regulamentários;
  • Graduação em contabilidade;
  • CRC ativo;
  • Inglês;
  • Habilidade avançada na comunicação verbal e escrita;
  • Habilidade no trabalho em equipe e liderança.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • You will work with multi-disciplinary individuals that provide a broad range of business and technology consulting services. Working together, we help clients better assess and improve their operations, grow revenue, and manage risks to increase shareholder value. Team members include professionals with a variety of backgrounds including academic and professional experience.

  • You will help solve our clients’ toughest challenges in areas such as business transformation, digital strategy & transformation, technology implementation, data & AI, customer experience, operating model redesign and performance improvement etc.

  • You will be formulating strategic initiatives, redesigning organizations, transforming the operations and processes, and improving business performance through the power of people, innovation, and technology.

  • You will help build insight and action plans around competitor intelligence and industry trends to ensure our clients remain forward-thinking and agile.

  • Consult with clients to understand their business objectives and technological requirements and provide strategic recommendations that integrate both business and technology perspectives.

  • Participate or managee implementation of transformation projects ensuring quality of work and timeline delivery.

  • Be a transformation partner to clients by educating them through meetings, workshops and trainings sessions

  • Cultivate strong client relationships by demonstrating professionalism, integrity and understanding of their needs ensuring high satisfaction and retention

  • Be proactive and take initiative to support engagement managers and partners in delivery high quality work to our clients

To qualify for the role, you should have

  • We are hiring people across various levels therefore the years of experience requirement varies. You can apply if you are a graduate or if you are an experienced professional.

  • Strong analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect both business and technology considerations.

  • Strong attention to detail with a logical and methodical approach.

  • Understanding how technology drives business value.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within a team.

  • Strong communication, presentation and writing skills and verbal communication in English is a must.

  • Ability to foster an efficient, innovative, and team-oriented work environment.

  • What is most important is that you are committed to working with your colleagues as part of a high-performing team. You will need to demonstrate enthusiasm, motivation, proactiveness, and passion to develop fast in an international working environment. You’ll need to pick up new skills and talents as you go, so asking questions and having the confidence to speak up are essential.

  • Self-driven and flexible, can work autonomously with a proven work ethic. Hard working professional with ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

  • Willingness and ability to commute in Cyprus for local projects and abroad for international projects

Ideally, you’ll also have (considered an advantage)

  • Willingness to travel abroad in locations such as KSA, MENA, the UK, etc.

  • Good appreciation of current market technology and transformation trends (e.g., Data Analytics, Cloud, Emerging Technologies, Digital Economy) and how these are likely to impact industries and organizations.

  • For non-graduate roles:

  • Experience from working in a multinational environment or consulting firm

  • Experience in one or more of the following: Transformation programs, Data & AI, customer experience, digital services, technology implementation, product portfolio review, revenue improvement and cost reduction initiatives, innovation initiatives.

  • Client facing experience from a professional services background
