Your key responsibilities:

  • Assist in delivering key projects for our clients on a wide range of topics, covering Debt and Capital Advisory, including financial restructuring and sustainable finance, Recovery and Resolution work.
  • Assist in preparing and using financial models, including undertaking sensitivity and scenario analysis.
  • Assist in developing sustainable finance frameworks and supporting finance raising activities.
  • Assist in reviewing a company’s financial status, preparing forecast and prognosis of cash flow requirements.
  • Assist in business development activities including preparing presentations, go-to-market toolkits and attending pursuit meetings with clients.

What we look for:

  • Bachelor’s or higher in accounting, finance, engineering, business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Professional qualification of CPA, CFA, PMP or other relevant qualification is preferred but not essential.
  • Knowledge of project financing, financial modelling and banking & capital markets.
  • Ability to perform commercial credit analysis and have basic knowledge of credit risk management concepts including policies and standards across commercials loan portfolios.
  • Ability to analyse companies, their capital structure and credit profile.
  • Able to work under high pressure and adapt to a dynamic working environment.
  • Excellent problem solving, facilitation and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong English and Mandarin written and verbal communication skills.

To qualify for the role, you must have:

  • At least 10 years’ experience in leading end-to-end value Data and Analytics transformation programs
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across multiple levels for both internal and external
  • Strong problem-solving skills with proven ability to analyze issues from different perspectives and draw commercially sound recommendations
  • Ability to lead business development with a proven track record of achieving consulting sales in the Data & Analytics domain
  • Fluency in English, Mandarin or Cantonese preferred

We’re looking for a Manager or Senior Manager to join our Infrastructure Advisory team. As part of our Infrastructure Advisory team, you’ll develop your commercial and economic capabilities working with our high-profile public and private sector clients across Hong Kong, Macau, Mainland China and around Asia.

Your key responsibilities
In your role as a Manager / Senior Manager you will deliver solutions across the life-cycle of public and private infrastructure, and will involve:

Providing strategic, economic, commercial and financial advice to clients

Financial model development and analysis

Public sector policy analysis using quantitative economic analysis and market research

Liaising directly with client contacts

Developing detailed proposals and other Business Development material

Assist in client engagement tasks, including billing, WIP and other administration

Requirements:
To qualify for the role you must have
We’re looking for people with at least 5 years professional work experience with the following skills:

Understanding of economic evaluation methods including cost benefit analysis and economic impact analysis, including use of econometric techniques

Financial and data analysis

Strong report writing, communication and presentational skills

Adept at building strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and clients

Excellent problem-solving skills, curiosity and creative thinking

Interest in public sector policy issues e.g. infrastructure investment and industrial policy

Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in teams

Enthusiastic work ethic and willingness to learn and get involved in new areas

Sector experience considered desirable e.g. Government & Public Sector, Transport, Social Infrastructure
