Your key responsibilities

As an Experience Management Senior Associate, you will work as the staffing lead for the assigned region/service/competency team and will be responsible to work with the service delivery managers in implementing the resource management process and operational efficiency within the business.

You will work very closely with the service delivery teams to track, monitor, record and analyze demand pipeline projections, new deals, pursuits and staff augmentation needs. You will monitor and evaluate demand fulfilment options (internal capacity and bench), review external hiring pipeline, assign projects to the available workforce based on skills and experience required on the project.

You will also supervise, train and assign responsibilities to associates and senior associates within the team.

Some of your key responsibilities include:

  • Ensure compliance to WFM business rules, deployment policies, talent policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Implement staffing plans for (30 – 60 – 90) day pipeline to minimize unfulfilled demands.
  • Coordinate with project managers to capture demand pipeline projections, understand demands heuristics and identify actionable demands.
  • Perform demand – supply searches and share best-fit staffing options from internal resource pool/individuals on bench.
  • Identify suitable staffing options based on matching skills, roles and experiences.
  • Timely update of employee schedules on the schedule management tool (Retain).
  • Timely review and resolution of scheduling conflicts.
  • Minimize bench pipeline through proactive deployment on projects.
  • Responsible to meet assigned KPIs such as employee utilization, time to fulfil demand, unfulfilled demand % and bench aging.
  • Reporting and analytics on business and Operational KPIs.
  • Supervise, mentor and provide functional SME support to the associates in the team.

Skills and attributes for success

Graduates with 4-7 years of relevant workforce management experience. Understanding of business models, operational and financial aspects of service delivery is mandatory. The suitable candidate should have good analytical skills, can compute staffing demands, validate skills and experiences associated with the demand, identify suitable fulfilment options from the internal pool of professionals available for allocation or on bench and negotiate staffing solutions with the service delivery managers.

To qualify for the role, you must have

Senior Manager, Finance Transformation – Finance Consulting (Value & Performance Management)

Your key responsibilities

You will build senior relationships within client organisations, working with them to understand their most critical business problems and priorities. You’ll collaborate with EY peers to evaluate, design, and deliver solution options that leverage cutting-edge technologies to support strategic transformation and decision-making.

You will add measurable value to clients by delivering work that addresses their most critical challenges, including the need to:

  • Deliver leading practice VPM solutions, from vision to execution
  • Articulate, design, and implement a transformative vision for Finance enabled by innovative global technology trends
  • Define new operating models, including the future role of Finance business partnering and VPM delivery in a digital-first enterprise
  • Lead performance management transformations (budgeting, planning, forecasting), including new governance structures and enabling technologies
  • Develop steering models and KPIs that drive growth, margin, and enterprise value
  • Simplify and transform reporting processes across management and statutory landscapes
  • Build commercial scenario modelling (e.g. gross-to-net, pricing analytics) for improved revenue and market positioning
  • Design information and data architectures for both management and statutory reporting
  • Deliver end-to-end data visualisation, insight generation, and performance dashboards
  • Drive transformation in Finance through analytics, automation, and AI

Capabilities You’ll Help Deliver

Supporting better performance management and insight, from transactional ERP systems through to group-level performance oversight.

  • Establish a consistent finance data model to enable clear, connected reporting
  • Design ERP solutions with insight and value in mind, ensuring data drives better business decisions

Simplified and optimised financial planning, integrated across functions and enabled by future-ready tools, for more accurate forecasting and better-informed trade-offs.

  • Connect planning across operations, finance, commercial, and HR to enable fully integrated decision-making
  • Improve visibility of key drivers to better understand how operational inputs translate into financial outcomes

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

Transforming FP&A to shift from manual reporting to value-driving insights and business performance partnering.

  • Streamline planning and reporting processes through technology and process redesign
  • Design an FP&A operating model that enables greater agility and impact

Statutory Group Reporting / Consolidation

Enabling efficient, compliant, and automated group-level statutory reporting and consolidation.

  • Systemisation of statutory group consolidation
  • Support of group reporting and input into disclosure management

Analytics and Performance Management Reporting

Enabling Finance and the wider business to make faster, smarter decisions through forward-looking, actionable insights.

  • Enterprise analytics operating model (process, tech, data, people)
  • Embed analytics into performance management routines

AI (Artificial Intelligence) enabled Financial Transformation
Leveraging AI and emerging technologies to drive automation, predictive insights, and transformation across the finance function.

  • Share a deep knowledge of AI capabilities and modern solutions
  • Provide insight into the value case and benefits of deploying AI technologies

You will also:

  • Lead design-led thinking and digital process re-engineering workshops
  • Use LEAN methodologies and automation technologies to drive outcomes
  • Structure and execute Agile delivery methods

Understand and support in the implementation of relevant technologies such as:

  • SAP Analytics Cloud
  • Oracle, Hyperion, SAP BPC/SAC, S/4HANA
  • Anaplan, Tagetik, Board
  • Microsoft Power BI

To qualify for the role, you must have:

  • Experience in business development and solution design for complex, multi-national businesses
  • Deep expertise in your chosen market or sector
  • Track record delivering large-scale finance or performance improvement programmes
  • Strong senior client relationships and proven ability to originate and lead major engagements

Ideally, you’ll also have:

  • A valid and certified professional accounting qualification
  • Experience in management consulting or delivery of multiple VPM programmes in industry
  • Strong technical problem-solving capability
  • Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality, visual outputs and insights
  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills
  • Experience in coaching and developing high-performing teams
