The Senior Manager, Financial Accounting Advisory Services – ECRA – Assurance is a key member of the Canadian and global assurance practice and is responsible for developing work plans, managing workflow, and forming meaningful relationships with client personnel and Members in Assurance. This role specializes in ensuring assurance engagements meet and exceed client demands, where appropriate, while adhering to professional and regulatory high-quality standards. The Senior Manager ensures financial accounting advisory services engagements are staffed appropriately and are running efficiently. This includes working closely with the project teams to ensure sufficient resources, continuity, and accuracy of working papers, and developing/implementing project management techniques. The Senior Manager also serves as an assurance mentor, providing advice and direction on challenging accounting and reporting matters as they arise.
