We are seeking a talented Manager or Senior Manager to lead and execute client engagements. You’ll combine strong finance and/or operations knowledge, a curious and questioning mindset, and exceptional project management skills to deliver value for our clients.

Your key responsibilities

  • lead, support and motivate engagement teams in executing scope of services for engagements
  • Assess a company’s current processes across commercial, finance and operations functions to identify pain points and gaps that are impacting profitability and cash flow
  • Establish and execute engagements to validate hypotheses, assess and support clients through enablement options and implement measurable improvements
  • Analyze transactional and operational data required to validate hypotheses and deliver critical insights to clients
  • Form “trusted advisor” relationships with VP / SVP level resources at clients, delivering a high degree of client satisfaction on engagements
  • Confidently present solutions, issues, and findings in both a written and oral format
  • Effectively lead, train, and mentor team members with diverse skills and backgrounds

Your Profile

  • Manager: At least 5 years of related work experience is required; management consulting experience is preferred.

As part of the EY Americas Data Protection (Confidentiality, Data Privacy) function, you will maintain visibility over and perform data protection due diligence activities around business processes and processing activities (i.e., Activity Privacy Impact Assessments (APIAs)).
