As a Transactions Senior Consultant, you will be a professional member of our Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) team. FAAS operates principally through 4 main pillars: Enhanced Corporate Reporting & Accounting, Finance Optimization, Treasury Management and Transactions Advisory. We understand the evolving role of the CFO and the Finance function, and work with our clients to automate and streamline efficiency, control, and compliance functions, while simultaneously improving the value Finance provides to the organization. Your key responsibilities

As a Transactions Senior Consultant, you will be an active contributor to teams focused on the growth and development of our Transactions service pillar including business development, client relationship management, opportunity management and client-facing engagement delivery. You will help finance leaders meet challenges that their teams are currently facing. You will work with them to achieve their potential transaction, acquisition, divestiture, process optimization, and process digitization objectives. You will offer them innovative advice for optimizing processes, using cutting-edge technologies and creating value for their organizations.

What we offer you

The salary range for this job in British Columbia is $55,000 to $98,000. Individual salaries within this range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and work location city.

Key Responsibilities

Reserve System:As a Reserve Coordinator, assist with collaboration room reservations, report issues with Condeco systems, and resolve reserve concerns, escalating as needed. Reserve rooms for training as needed, run daily reserve reports for multiple reservations, and send emails as required. Manage all-day instant meeting reports and reserve office space for special requests from upper management.

Maintenance and Facilities Management:Schedule service calls with vendors for any maintenance and operations. Follow up on service calls and schedule quarterly and yearly office cleanings. Arrange weekly carpet cleaning and service elevator reservations.

Manage vendor invoicing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Coordinate and place orders for required parts and appliances and make service calls to ensure smooth office operations.

Qualifications, knowledge and skills:

• A bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field is preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in administrative support or a similar role, with a proven track record of effectively managing multiple tasks and priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams), with a proven ability to learn customized software/tools.

AMS Delivery:

• Provide ongoing support for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central within multiple AMS engagements.
• Handle configuration changes, data corrections, and troubleshooting of EC-related issues.
• Collaborate with client HR and IT teams to understand business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• Monitor and manage service tickets, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to SLAs.
• Participate in release management, regression testing, and deployment of EC updates and platform releases.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures for recurring issues.
• Support integrations between Employee Central and other modules (e.g., Payroll, Time Off, Recruiting).
• Document configuration changes, SOPs, and user guides for client reference.
• Provide training and guidance to client stakeholders and junior consultants.
• Support implementation projects, including managing activities such as requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment.

Collaboration & Client Engagement

• Work closely with client stakeholders, AMS delivery leads, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
• Lead regular client calls to walk through the status of defects, problems, and enhancement requests.
• Provide clear updates, facilitate prioritization discussions, and ensure alignment on next steps.
• Build strong relationships through proactive communication and responsiveness.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.

Innovation & Best Practices

• Stay current with SAP SuccessFactors updates and AMS delivery trends.
• Recommend best practices based on new product features and updates.
• Participate in release management, regression testing, and deployment of EC payroll platform updates.
• Skills and Qualifications
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Strong understanding of EC data models, workflows, business rules, and role-based permissions.
• Knowledge of release management and SuccessFactors upgrade cycles.
• Certification in one or more SuccessFactors modules (e.g., EC, PMGM, LMS, Comp, RCM).
• Exposure to other SuccessFactors modules (e.g., GLobal Benefits, EC, PMGM, LMS, Comp, RCM).

As a Staff, you will join our Actuarial team and participate in client engagements and opportunities for pension and or benefits actuarial services. You will work on technical aspects of actuarial engagements while ensuring client needs are met. • Advising EY’s audit teams on actuarial and accounting matters related to complex pension arrangements and other post-employment benefits - OPEB
• Assisting the team in due diligence reviews in mergers and acquisitions transactions on defined benefit plans and broader people-related topics
