As bilingual sourcing supervising associate for EY Canada’s Contingent Workforce (CWF) Management Program, you are responsible for supporting the on-demand sourcing requirements for all lines of service across Canada. The bilingual sourcing supervising associate reports to CWF’s Program Leader for operations and works closely with CWF Governance, Experienced Management, Preferred Supplier List and Vendor Community across Canada. Your key responsibilities

• Source, qualify and interview Independent Consultants/Sub-Contractors for proposals and staffing requests issued by Engagement Managers and Partners across all lines of service across Canada (Federal Government sector, Crown Corporations, Ministries, Provincial, Municipal and Private Sector Clients)
