As the Senior Manager Director – Transaction Diligence, you will be responsible for leading the overall execution of financial due diligence processes for Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) sector clients. This individual will have a deep knowledge and understanding of the client’s industry, the economic factors driving their sector, and transactions within the ecosystem. You will be responsible for shaping the commercial and strategy elements of our deal processes, such as developing pricing models along with business and industry intelligence. In addition, you will be encouraged and have the responsibility to assess and suggest new and innovative solutions by executing specialist knowledge of value drivers and business value creation strategies. In this role, you will need an in-depth understanding of the TMT sector, corporate financing and transaction structuring (including debt and treasury related aspects). You have to be an experienced and confident technical specialist with a proven ability to build, develop and maintain relationships with a variety of stakeholders. You must also be a strong communicator and be experienced in leading and developing teams of high performing professionals.
