Your key responsibilities

  • Leading end-to-end data migration projects, ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of data transferred from legacy systems to SAP platforms.

  • Proficiency in SAP Data Services, LSMW, LTMC, and other 3rd party ETL tools for data mapping, transformation, and validation.
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and risk management with experience using MS Project.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience in data quality assurance and governance practices.
  • Familiarity with relevant data protection and privacy regulations as well as experienced in data masking and data scrambling in data migration

  • Understanding of HR Technology related business challenges and how to improve people and business experience.
  • Proven experience designing and configuring the Australian Payroll to ensure compliance with the state and national payroll legislation.

  • Experience working in diverse team teams and/or project management activities on large projects

Your key responsibilities

  • You will support the delivery of internal audit engagements by performing process walkthroughs, controls testing, data analytics and supporting the preparation of reports.
  • You will assess the client’s current state processes and controls and identify opportunities to mitigate risk as well as improve process efficiency, effectiveness and business performance
  • You will be provided with the opportunity to work across multiple client accounts with engagement teams comprised of high performing individuals with a variety of skill and expertise
  • You will be supported to develop your skills and experience in the professional practice of internal audit and broader risk consulting
