As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for driving the sales pipeline and designing Maximo/Maximo Application Suite (MAS) EAM solutions for customers. Your Key Responsibilities

The EAM Senior Manager will provide Maximo/MAS consulting services to EAM clients, helping them improve business performance.

Your key responsibilities

Client Executive – Wealth & Asset Management

As our Client Executive – Wealth & Asset Management, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional client service to leading wealth and asset management organizations. You’ll drive global account strategy, lead client-facing business development, and build senior-level relationships that create long-term value.

Your key responsibilities

  • Lead global account strategy and growth, driving revenue and deepening relationships with major wealth and asset management clients.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, shaping transformative solutions and introducing strategic alliances that deliver measurable impact.
  • Champion innovation and collaboration, leveraging EY’s global network and cutting-edge capabilities to solve complex client challenges.

Skills and attributes for success

  • Ability to build and sustain trusted relationships with C-suite executives, demonstrating strong executive presence and influencing skills.
  • Commercial acumen and sector expertise to identify opportunities, negotiate complex agreements, and deliver client-centric solutions.
  • Proven capability to lead account strategy and foster innovation through alliances and digital transformation initiatives.

  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles within wealth and asset management or broader financial services.

  • Strong influencing skills and ability to navigate a matrixed organization, balancing client priorities with firm objectives.
  • A track record of driving revenue growth and building long-term strategic relationships in a professional services environment.
