Description:

As our External Security Vetting Analyst Team Leader, you'll take the lead in building and leading a high performing team, handling complex personal security clearance processes across various security levels, such as Baseline, Negative Vetting Level 1, Negative Vetting Level 2, and Positive Vetting.

Your key responsibilities

In this critical role, you will be responsible for leading a geographically dispersed, newly formed and rapidly growing, high performing team with varying degrees of experience in security clearance processes. You will Help build high performing teams, assess clearance cases, and leveraging your experience in vetting with attention to detail and ability to manage a complex process. You will also be accountable for Quality Assurance, enforcing stringent quality controls on Personal Security Files (PSFs), and provide sound, data-driven advice on clearance outcomes.

  • Process security clearances meticulously, strictly adhering to the Protective Security Policy Framework (PSPF) and EY best practices.
  • Conduct thorough Quality Assurance checks on Personal Security Files (PSFs) ensuring their alignment with standard procedures and the PSPF.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with multiple internal and external stakeholders and senior team members to deliver efficient and effective caseload management and execution.
  • Participate in our continuous improvement program

What we look for

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Extensive vetting experience (essential) in Government or similar high-security environments
  • A minimum Negative Vetting Level 1, with the opportunity to upgrade to Negative Vetting 2 as required
  • Certificate IV in Government (Personnel Security Vetting)

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, or equivalent professional level experience

  • Experience in Management role conducting development of processes, sustainable solutions, meaningful information systems for Security functions.
  • Member of industry forums like IFMA/MRICS/OSAC/ASIS international etc., and having strong industry network

Description:

As a Technical Business Analyst, at the Senior Consultant rank you will support our clients in data analysis, requirements gathering, and designing data solutions aligned with their strategic objectives. You will be part of our delivery team and work consultatively across various data environments, helping our clients solve their business problems.

Your key responsibilities

  • Continuous process improvement, the identification of innovative solutions through research and analysis, insight and experience of best practices.
  • Create requirement specifications, analysing requirements, creating visual models, facilitating elicitation sessions, and digging around in the data when needed.
  • Design and build reports – capture data requirements for the client and team.
  • Data analysis – using SQL, DAX and/or other programming languages to analyse data when required to form business requirements.
  • Manage or supervise team members to deliver complex technical initiatives, with accountability for performance and results.

Skills and attributes for success

  • Demonstrated experience creating requirements specifications, analysing requirements, creating visual models, facilitating workshop sessions, and using the necessary business analyst tools.
  • Demonstrated expertise in a core domain of expertise this could include data migration processes (including planning, execution, and validation), modern web applications (including design systems), or other domains (e.g. SAP, Integration platforms etc).
  • Demonstrated advanced knowledge and experience with SQL and programming skills such as Python and R.

  • Knowledge and experience in end-to-end project delivery, either traditional SDLC or agile delivery methodologies (or hybrid approaches).
  • Experience in engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, and the ability to communicate and present information with purpose, clarity and impact

Description:

As our External Security Vetting Analyst Team Leader, you'll take the lead in building and leading a high performing team, handling complex personal security clearance processes across various security levels, such as Baseline, Negative Vetting Level 1, Negative Vetting Level 2, and Positive Vetting.

Your key responsibilities

In this critical role, you will be responsible for leading a geographically dispersed, newly formed and rapidly growing, high performing team with varying degrees of experience in security clearance processes. You will Help build high performing teams, assess clearance cases, and leveraging your experience in vetting with attention to detail and ability to manage a complex process. You will also be accountable for Quality Assurance, enforcing stringent quality controls on Personal Security Files (PSFs), and provide sound, data-driven advice on clearance outcomes.

  • Process security clearances meticulously, strictly adhering to the Protective Security Policy Framework (PSPF) and EY best practices.
  • Conduct thorough Quality Assurance checks on Personal Security Files (PSFs) ensuring their alignment with standard procedures and the PSPF.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with multiple internal and external stakeholders and senior team members to deliver efficient and effective caseload management and execution.
  • Participate in our continuous improvement program

What we look for

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Extensive vetting experience (essential) in Government or similar high-security environments
  • A minimum Negative Vetting Level 1, with the opportunity to upgrade to Negative Vetting 2 as required
  • Certificate IV in Government (Personnel Security Vetting)

  • Leadership: Experience in leading teams with the drive to mentor and lead a team of enthusiastic security analysts.
  • Attention to Detail: The meticulous scrutiny of extensive data and identification of potential security risks.
  • Quality Assurance: Firm commitment to uphold high-quality standards in vetting processes and documentation, strictly adhering to the PSPF.
