  • Proven experience delivering quality services, and projects to frontline health services/clinical settings.
  • Proven experience within Clinical Systems Programs and/or Technology Delivery.
  • Direct experience managing streams with Agile or Traditional PM Methodologies.
  • Proven experience leading teams, growing new capabilities and supporting individual development
  • IT business case, digital strategy and roadmap development and/or digital delivery including within build environments such as but not limited to Hospital builds.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate work requirements across all phases of the technology life cycle, including requirements definition, architecture, design, development, implementation, conversion and testing.

  • Desirable knowledge or experience in digital delivery for build environments across network integration/voice/data.
  • Consulting experience.

Description:

You will play a pivotal role in leading enterprise architecture engagements across complex transformation programs. Experience within the Enterprise and Solutions Continuum is essential. You’ll help clients navigate the complexities of enterprise architecture or solution architecture, maintaining alignment between business strategy and technology strategy.

Your key responsibilities

  • Architect for change: Lead the design for the enterprise and model the architecture views required to support business transformation viewpoints, ensuring alignment with operational priorities and strategic goals.
  • Transition planning: Review and validate architecture plateaus or horizons and enable transition patterns (e.g. redeploy, clone, data extract) across application domains, ensuring suitability and feasibility. Whilst also considering impacts to other architecture domain such as data, cyber security, infrastructure amongst others.
  • Capability alignment: Rationalise business processes and model technology services to support business capabilities, enabling seamless integration or separation.
  • Stakeholder engagement: Facilitate workshops with cross-functional teams to confirm transition plans, integration points, and readiness across business and IT.
  • Dependency management: Identify and manage architecture domain dependencies, including shared services, identity platforms, and integration layers.
  • Governance and risk: Maintain compliance with architectural standards, manage risks, and escalate issues to governance bodies as required.
  • Scheduling and delivery: Develop and maintain detailed schedules that account for technical constraints, transitional service agreements (TSAs), and business readiness.

Skills And attributes for success

  • Proven experience in designing and delivering enterprise- solutions across complex environments.Mergers or acquisitions experience is desirable.
  • Deep knowledge of Solution Architecture methods to support outcomes in design, integration, cloud and applications is desirable.
  • Ability to facilitate prioritisation discussions and decisions, influence across business units, present to senior stakeholders, and lead architecture teams.
  • Understanding of regulatory compliance and essential service environments.
  • Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks such as Zachman, TOGAF, EA maturity models, modelling languages such as ArchiMate and governance structures.
  • Ability to lead teams and contribute to strategic decision-making across business and technology domains.

Associate, Data, Analytics and Technology

As the Associate of Data, Analytics & Technology, you will build the analytics capabilities for our digital audit and innovation initiatives. You will be using your data analytics and ETL capabilities to support external financial audits, whilst also working with the wider assurance digital team to build new solutions and transform existing capabilities.

This role is based in Meanjin – Brisbane

Your key responsibilities

  • Helping clients to identify and extract required data from complex IT systems including SAP
  • and Oracle
  • Coach junior staff and be first point of contact for your projects
  • Using analytical and visualization software to access, transform, integrate, analyse and visualise client data to help solve real problems and identify real opportunities through identification of anomalies and unusual patterns and trends in data
  • Delivering results by using automated data analytic solutions to deal with large, disparate
  • volumes of data, to gain critical insights quickly
  • Assisting in the development of additional analytic capabilities within the Assurance Digital
  • team
  • You also agree to perform all other reasonable duties and comply with reasonable and lawful instructions by the Firm.

What we look for

  • Tertiary education qualification(s) in Business, IT or STEM related disciplines
  • A minimum of 2-3 plus years’ experience in a data and analytics role
  • A passion for working with data and learning new methodologies, applications and skills for
  • analysis
  • Ability to coach junior staff and work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Good written and verbal communication skills and work within a team environment
  • Experience with using Alteryx, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft PowerBI, Python, Monarch or
  • Spotfire to access, transform, integrate, analyse and visualise data
