• Architect, develop and optimize React-based front-end solutions for Elementor’s powerful website-building experience.
• Drive best practices in code quality, testing (unit, integration, e2e), and performance optimization .
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, and Backend Engineers to create seamless, high-quality user experiences.
• Conduct code reviews, pair programming, and technical mentorship to uplift the team’s capabilities.
• Own and improve front-end architecture, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
• Advocate for modern development methodologies such as CI/CD, TDD, and Agile best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest front-end technologies and trends, continuously improving our development stack.

• At least 3 years of experience as a Front-End Team Leader in a fast-paced, product-driven environment.
• Expert-level proficiency in React.js and its ecosystem (React Hooks, Redux, Context API, etc.).
• Strong understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end frameworks .
• Deep knowledge of testing methodologies and tools (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, etc.).
• Strong experience in performance optimization, accessibility, and best front-end practices .
• Hands-on experience with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, etc.).
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and WebSockets .
• Solid understanding of build tools and CI/CD pipelines (Webpack, Vite, ESLint, Prettier, GitHub Actions, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving skills, proactive mindset, and ability to make technical decisions confidently.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, fostering collaboration across teams.
