You will be responsible to negotiate complex vendor negotiations across a range of marketing services, including research and advisory firms, creative and brand agencies, Public Relations Firms and Search Engine Optimization partners, and Demand Generation Agencies—as well as supporting operational needs in global travel.

In this role, you will lead contract reviews in close collaboration with Legal, Marketing, and Sourcing teams, ensuring agreements align with business needs and risk frameworks. You’ll partner with in-house counsel to navigate complex terms and secure appropriate approvals.

By working closely with marketing teams, you’ll gain a foundational understanding of their goals and ensure procurement strategies support them. You’ll align sourcing and contracting efforts with global category strategies and generate regular metrics on spend influence, savings, and vendor utilization.
