  • Automation & Reporting Excellence: Own the development and maintenance of automated dashboards and reporting pipelines that monitor key risk metrics. Ensure data accessibility and usability across partner teams.

  • BI Ownership & Data Integrity: Drive ownership of business intelligence tools and reporting infrastructure within the risk team. Ensure data integrity, stability, and availability of dashboards and data sources.

  • Insights Sharing & Executive Enablement: Lead periodic business reviews and risk insight sessions with multi-functional stakeholders and executives, enabling timely decisions through compelling data narratives and visualizations.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Computer Science) or equivalent experience.

  • 5–7 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or strategy—preferably within risk, fintech, or e-commerce environments.

  • Sophisticated proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis, pipeline development, and prototyping.

  • Solid experience with BI and visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI) to communicate insights optimally.

  • Demonstrable ability to manage and scale reporting infrastructure while ensuring data quality and uptime.

  • Experience owning stakeholder-facing reporting and delivering insights to senior leadership.

  • Good communication and project management skills; able to work independently and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong slide development and presentation skills, with a proven ability to convey complex ideas to executive audiences.

The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below:
