What you will accomplish:
Training Development & Delivery
Manage operational training for new hires and existing employees, including onboarding, safety protocols, and process training.
Create and maintain training materials (job aids, visual guides, manuals, e-learning modules, etc.).
Operational Support
Collaborate with AG operations leadership to identify operational training needs based on performance data, process changes, and productivity goals.
Support new equipment rollouts or process changes with appropriate training initiatives.
Tracking & Reporting
Maintain accurate training records and certifications within the LMS or tracking system.
Report on training completion rates, skills assessments, and performance trends.
Team Leadership & Coaching
Communicate professionally with employees, leadership and business partners.
Take proactive steps to ensure that best practices are followed and champion eBay DNA principles.
Additional Responsibilities
Requires up to 20% travel annually (domestic and international).
What you will bring:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience or higher from an accredited university. MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
4+ years experience in operational training, operational leadership, or team leadership.
5+ years of experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred to support continuous improvement initiatives and data-driven decision-making.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical skills and a proven ability to work independently and influence others.
Champion for diversity, equity and belonging.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Workday Learning Management Systems (LMS).
