Support in creation of processes, playbooks, and cross functional shareouts regarding Live programming
Lead live video and audio production, including RTMP streaming operations involving OBS Studio, HDMI/SDI/ NDI camera operations, and the native eBay Live Platform, networking, and RTMP streaming setups
Collaborate with category managers, sellers, and hosts to curate compelling live shopping events aligned with eBay’s e-commerce goals
Track and analyze key performance metrics such as GMV, viewer engagement, returning buyers, and event saves to optimize event strategies
Identify and implement process improvements to improve the efficiency, scalability, and quality of eBay Live events
Work with marketing teams to develop pre-show promotions, push notifications, and event branding to improve reach and connection with the audience
