■職務内容：

• パートナー企業との戦略的パートナーシップの企画を提案し、経験関連業界における自らのネットワークと専門知識を駆使しながら、実行する。
• 戦略的ポジショニングを強化するため、複数年にわたるアライアンスマーケティング計画を構築する。
• Qoo10のビジネス成長を促すアライアンスマーケティングの機会を特定し、実施・リードする。
• 経営陣と協力し、現在のマーケティング戦略機会を特定、言語化、数値化、優先順位付け、実施する。
• パートナー企業と協力し、Qoo10サイトへのトラフィックを増加させ、オンサイト取引に貢献する。
• 新規パートナーシップの機会（新規プロジェクト、及び、新規パートナー企業）の開拓。
• 様々なパートナー決裁企業をマネージメントし、外部関係者をリードする。
• マーケティングKPIを策定し、社内関係者と連携して前進させる。
• チームリーダーとしてメンバー2名が所属するチームを率いる。

■応募条件：

• 4年制大学卒業以上。MBA保持者優遇。
• 関連業界※にて10年以上のマーケティング（特にパートナーシップマーケティング）またはコンサルティング経験。小売業経験者（オンライン・店舗共に）優遇。
• ※関連業界：EC企業、プラットフォーム企業、広告代理店、コンサルティングファーム
• 2名以上の自社社員（アルバイトとインターンを除く）マネージメント経験を２年以上有する
• 公式にマネージメントの肩書を有していたこと（代行や“実質”は対象外）
• ネイティブレベルの日本語力（会話・読み書き）。英語力がある方優遇。

• 強い組織力を持ち、部門横断的なコミュニケーションが得意な方
• 経営幹部との円滑なコミュニケーションが可能な方
• 高いレジリエンス、粘り強さ、自発性、効率性、マルチタスク力、批判的思考力、想像力、ロジカル性
• 知的好奇心が旺盛で、質の高さへの情熱があり、学習力が早い方

• ダイナミックに変化する環境の中で、期限を守るために複数のタスクを処理する能力
