What you will accomplish:
Guides development of the French/Italian (FRIT) learning and research plan, becoming an encouraging leader to the FRIT business, ensuring consumer-centric plans. Brings a point of view, provides transparency and puts the customer voice in context, connecting the dots and inspiring action.

What you will bring:
Approximately 8-10 years of related work experience in research and insights with a particular focus on consumer and/or retail.
Have led insights projects in France and understand French consumers.
Has strong research and insights technical skills: Demonstrable experience designing, planning and leading primary and secondary, qualitative and quantitative research using sophisticated methodologies (e.g. Semiotics, Conjoint….) and the latest research techniques (e.g. agile, AI, etc.)
A confirmed ability to distill actionable insights from sophisticated data and explain findings in a compelling manner. Has the ability to guide the strategic direction of the market with actionable insights and deeply rooted consumer centricity.
Able to work on complex business issues and on projects that are related to central business needs (e.g., insights to influence a central initiative). Possesses strong business insight. Understanding company strategy and priorities and running insights work with this in mind.
Can lead multiple projects of longer-term duration and supports multiple internal business partners, with effective prioritization of efforts and resources.

We are seeking a Programming & Producing Project Manager for a to join our rapidly growing program. This person will work closely with the Programming & Production Lead and Collectibles Marketing lead. You will implement our programming and content strategy, focusing most significantly on implementing the programming, and creating an appealing content to generate traffic. You will also develop social media content to engage/expand our communities. This role requires a good understanding of different buyer needs across categories such as trading cards, collectibles, arts & antiques and fashion, the ability to identify trends and cultural events. You will analyze the results of each of our campaigns to get as much insight as possible to grow our business.
