As the lead Art Director for US CRM, you’ll be responsible for guiding our external agency in crafting visually compelling creative that engages customers, drives retention, and improves their overall experience with eBay. Optimize and iterate creative campaigns based on performance data, customer feedback, and market trends, continuously improving campaign outcomes.
Collaborate with external agencies to coordinate the implementation of CRM creative, ensuring alignment with eBay’s standards and US market requirements.
Collaborate with localization teams to ensure all content is culturally relevant and linguistically accurate for US customers.

What you will bring:
5+ years of experience as an Art Director or Senior Designer, with a focus on CRM creative in the e-commerce or digital marketing space.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, or a related field.
A strong portfolio showcasing CRM campaigns, email design, and customer engagement work across multiple channels.
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of After Effects or Cinema 4D is a plus.
Experience with CRM platforms and tools, and a deep understanding of how to tailor creative for emails, push notifications, and SMS.
Strong typography, composition, and visual storytelling skills, with an eye for detail and the ability to craft visually engaging and effective content.
