- Partner with engineering and deployment teams to align installation, commissioning, and validation procedures with Dell’s evolving AI infrastructure roadmap.
- Develop modular learning paths, certification programs, and enablement materials to accelerate internal and partner expertise in DLC and advanced cooling technologies.

- 2+ years of experience with direct liquid cooling (such as CDUs, cold plates, manifolds, and secondary fluid networks)
- Familiarity with OEM partners such as Motivair, Schneider Electric, Vertiv, and USystems
- Proven ability to create and deliver technical enablement programs for complex engineering or deployment solutions
- Strong understanding of AI infrastructure, high-density compute environments, and the sustainability benefits of next-generation cooling

What you’ll achieve
As an, you will lead efforts to make on-device AI real for our customers.
