What you’ll achieve
You will be part of the Global Freight, Logistics and Trade (GFLT) procurement organization and work as a Regional Commodity Manager, reporting to the Procurement Director, responsible for regional execution of our global procurement strategy for Services Logistics.
You will:
Deliver cost improvement through the execution of regional sourcing plans and managing RFI/P, as appropriate, via e-procurement tools (Keelvar)
Proactively manage regional contractual expiry and compliance tied to the global category strategy
Enable the implementation of our global procurement strategy for Service Logistics in your region by driving alignment across the procurement and regional stakeholder/supply base
Remain abreast of procurement trends and new developments in the market-space for assigned categories and providing these regional insights in the development of future category strategies
Leverage analytics to identify spend trends and outliers and eliminate any un-necessary leakage
Essential Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field
5+ years of procurement experience as a category manager or similar role or 2+ years of procurement experience as a category manager with MBA or post graduate degree
Able to leverage advanced negotiation techniques to progress the sustainable achievement of cost, contractual and service level goals
Strong analytical capabilities including report development and analysis (Power BI) as well as making data-driven recommendations and decisions
Strong presentation and persuasion skills with an ability to clearly communicate across all levels of the organization
Desirable Requirements:
Able to storyboard concisely, articulate key messaging clearly and deliver effectively to enable influence and buy in to desired outcome
Strong influencing skills and ability to build lasting relationships internally & externally and influence across multiple layers of the organization

As a, you will spearhead the proactive identification and mitigation of advanced threats within our digital environment. Working closely with the CSIRT Incident Response team as a senior Cyber Threat Hunter, you'll delve deep into system, application, network, cloud, and security tooling logs in search of signs of adversary activities. Your expertise in leveraging state-of-the-art tools will be instrumental in fortifying Dell Technologies against emerging threats. Moreover, you will collaborate with various internal teams, sharing crucial insights and findings, and ensuring a unified and agile response to a wide variety of cyber threats.
You will:
Proactively hunt for cyber threats across our systems, endpoints, applications, networks, and multi-cloud environments
Utilize advanced analytical techniques to detect anomalies and patterns indicative of malicious activities ranging from opportunistic actors to advanced persistent nation-state threats
Effectively collaborate with numerous teams across Dell as a cyber threat hunting subject matter expert to share insights and refine our detection and response mechanisms, deliver detailed assessments based on your hunts, and provide guidance on enhancing our security posture
Provide expert investigative support of large scale and complex security incidents
Mentor teammates, guiding their professional development
10-12 years of proven expertise in cyber threat hunting or similar experience across diverse environments
Proficiency in various security tools such as SIEM, EDR, and UEBA
Demonstrated experience in network, cloud, and/or host-based intrusion analysis; malware analysis and/or digital forensics skills are a plus
Knowledge of and experience with standard network logging formats, network management systems and network security monitoring systems, security information and event management, network packet analysis tools and forensic analysis tools
Knowledge of and experience with web proxy, firewalls, IPS, IDS, mail content scanning appliances, enterprise Antivirus solutions, network analyzers, and domain name servers
Desirable Requirements
Deep technical knowledge of adversarial attack methods, tools, and technologies
Strong understanding of the MITRE ATT&CK knowledge base, the Cyber Kill Chain, and the Diamond Model
Self-initiative and ability to successfully manage your time to meet the various role demands with minimal oversight

Lead end-to-end ownership of commodity pricing strategy, from cost estimation and benchmarking to supplier negotiations and long-term roadmap planning
Build and execute proactive supply continuity strategies, including alternate sourcing, dual-site readiness, and supplier capacity scaling

Track record of mitigating supply risks through supplier diversification, multi-sourcing, or geo-spread initiatives
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across global, cross-functional teams
Desirable Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field
Familiarity with PC/Server component supply chains or experience working with ODM partners
