Description:

Our Electrical Engineering team puts the spark into the full hardware development lifecycle, from concept to production. It takes experts in system architecture definition, design, analysis, prototyping, sourcing & the debugging and validation of layouts or routes to deliver state-of-the-art products for a changing world. We work closely with designers, cross-functional teams within Dell Technologies and suppliers to make sure electronic designs meet a range of requirements, including schedule, feature set, functionality and quality, as well as industry standards.



You will:

  • Partner with Dell internal platform and graphics development engineering teams to manage onboard and add-in graphics program deliverables

  • Lead/guide graphics technology providers and ODM partners on debug and resolution of hardware, software, and firmware issues with graphics controller cards

  • Work with multiple internal teams including product quality, platform engineering, product marketing, program management, regulatory engineering, and other teams to debug/ resolve issues

  • Support the commodity-level internal core teams with product issue management and resolution and engineering guidance on issue triage and program schedule

  • Manage resources at external suppliers including AMD, nVidia, Intel, and platform ODM partners to facilitate debug and resolution of issues and delivery of graphics controllers on Time-To-Market schedules

  • Subject matter expert in graphics controllers, graphics drivers & firmware, and OS application interaction with graphics devices

Essential Requirements

  • Strong technical leadership capabilities

  • Proactive attitude to issue resolution and engagement with peer and global teams and suppliers to quickly resolve issues

  • Self-starter mentality, able to quickly recognize and triage issues.

  • High level focus on customer experience and customer satisfaction.

  • 5+ years industry experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 3+ years’ experience with a Master’s Degree (Dell experience is a plus) in Engineering/Computer Science degree

Direct Liquid Cooling (DLC) is a critical enabler of this transformation which is delivering the thermal efficiency, scalability, and sustainability required to power the next generation of AI workloads.

You will:

  • Lead the global enablement program for DLC technologies supporting Dell’s AI-optimized server and data center portfolio.
  • Translate complex technical designs and thermal architectures into training content, playbooks, and documentation for installation teams.
  • Partner with engineering and deployment teams to align installation, commissioning, and validation procedures with Dell’s evolving AI infrastructure roadmap.
  • Develop modular learning paths, certification programs, and enablement materials to accelerate internal and partner expertise in DLC and advanced cooling technologies.
  • Provide support to sales teams to ensure proposed solutions deliver required outcomes
  • Drive innovation by gathering feedback from field implementations, influencing product design, and helping Dell remain at the forefront of AI infrastructure innovation.
Essential Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience with direct liquid cooling (such as CDUs, cold plates, manifolds, and secondary fluid networks)
  • Familiarity with OEM partners such as Motivair, Schneider Electric, Vertiv, and USystems
  • Proven ability to create and deliver technical enablement programs for complex engineering or deployment solutions
  • Strong understanding of AI infrastructure, high-density compute environments, and the sustainability benefits of next-generation cooling
  • Excellent cross-functional communication skills, with the ability to bridge engineering, operations, and customer-facing teams
  • Experience with global deployments, technical documentation, and global coordination

Desirable Requirements

  • Experience with AI and HPC data center deployments or thermal solutions for GPU-intensive workloads

Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this position is $197,200. - $255,200.
