We undertake thorough analysis of the markets to ensure we maximize profitability and adjust our product strategies to respond to competition. Our role also involves acting as subject matter experts for internal and external product events or partner meetings.

As an Analyst, Product Management , you will be responsible for cross-functional management of specific products or solutions through their entire life-cycle to achieve P&L(Profit and Loss statement) goals .
• Applies broad knowledge of the company’s product/service capabilities and competitive environment to identify new growth areas, new technology, and emerging product/service opportunities
• Evaluates in-depth market analysis and leads business cases for optimization of existing products/solutions alternatives and/or to create the next generation of new products
• Oversees and drives products/ solutions through the phase release or solutions release process, including business case and resource requirements
• Manages product portfolio roadmap and works to scope opportunities and obtain appropriate funding for new programs
• Creates, implements, and monitors plans for testing products/ solutions through beta releases or pilot programs
Essential Requirements

As a Material Planning Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring continuity of supply to enable customer demand is always met, maintaining strong and effective supply chains.
You will:

  • Great capability to drive day to day supply chain activities/reporting’s

  • Good articulation / communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills

  • Good attention to detail and a high level of comfort working with numerical data

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends

  • Excellent Microsoft excel skills – rating 8+/10

  • Proficiency in data visualization and analytics tools, including hands-on experience with SQL, Python, Power BI or Thought Spot. Good data management and use of digital tools/applications

Essential Requirements

  • Drive daily actions in-order to meet strategic supply chain KPIs.. Knowledge about Dell Supply Chain processes, systems and data

  • Partner with cross-functional teams globally (Factory, Engineering, Procurement, IT, demand planning and logistics) to deliver supply chain results

  • Raise visibility against supply chain health with the right level of detail and drive actions & Build capabilities to look around corners for potential supply chain disruption through analysis and able to recommend solutions

  • Deliver high quality executive reporting – daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly. Adapt projects, programs or methods based on customer or business partner feedback.

  • Modelling Tools, Business Intelligence and Web Development. Possess strong coding knowledge for .Net Programming, JavaScript (JS), R, Solid knowledge of Database Systems, Data Visualization Tools, Data


Desirable Requirements

  • Bachelors’ degree;Prior relevant experience in data management, automation, IT programming, data mining

  • Additional language skills

  • Communication & Interpersonal skills - The successful candidate will possess the ability to counsel and explain HR policies and programs to a diverse range of stakeholders.

  • Curiosity & Problem-Solving skills - The successful candidate will have an aptitude for addressing problems and driving change efforts in order to effectively develop, implement and administer HR processes and programs, while enabling business and change objectives.
