EMEA Product Compliance Technical Strategy Lead

We work across segments and functions to integrate policy relating to emissions, safety and the environment into products and solutions. As we align regulatory standards with our strategic plans, we work closely with regulatory bodies, as well as with industry and customer groups.

What you’ll achieve
Reporting to the EMEA Trade Compliance manger you will be part of a team that manages both import and export compliance activities across EMEA.
In this role you will have the opportunity to work in a fast paced, changing regulatory environment working with internal teams such as legal, logistics and tax as well as external partners and Government agencies to support and enable growth, while maintaining an exceptional level of compliance.
As an, you will be primarily responsible for supporting export compliance activities You will help our team manage all our EU dual use export license requirements and export compliance screening processes. You will also support various projects to strengthen and enhance both our regional and global compliance program.
You will:
Make decisions about the types of export licenses needed to export Dell products outside of the EU and perform restricted party screening.
Submit export license applications.
Advise on export compliance requirements.
Work with government authorities and regulatory bodies .

3-5 years experience of EU dual use export licensing.
Knowledge of US export controls, restricted /denied party screening and embargo controls.
Ability to demonstrate knowledge of key export compliance and customs procedures.
Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex, technical regulations to a diverse audience.
Good analytical, problem solving and risk management skills.
Desirable Requirements
Project management and presentation skills.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or International Trade.
