You will:

Forecasting & Planning

  • Build monthly distribution demand plans for commercial notebooks and desktops.
  • Manage demand plans across product and customer lifecycles.

Collaboration & Analytics

  • Monitor and analyze customer inventory and sales data.
  • Collaborate with sales, merchandising, regional supply planning, and logistics.

Risk & Opportunity Management

  • Identify and manage account risks.
  • Recommend marketing opportunities aligned with business goals.
  • Analyze gaps to plan and evaluate impact to targets.

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., APICS CPIM, CSCP, or SCOR) are highly valued.
  • 6+ years in demand planning, supply chain, or inventory management.
  • Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders across diverse cultures in EMEA.
  • Proven experience in CPFR, S&OP, and customer-facing planning roles.
  • Familiarity with EMEA distribution channels, regional market dynamics, and customer behavior.
  • Experience with planning and forecasting tools
  • ERP systems knowledge and reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau.
  • Experience with developing and implementing channel strategies and account support plans
  • Strong quantitative skills for analyzing sales trends, inventory levels, and forecast accuracy.
  • Ability to develop and refine statistical forecasting models.
  • Experience with managing complex account issues and resolutions
  • Experience with facilitating and leading account meetings
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to work with customers , sales , marketing , finance , and logistics teams.
  • Fluency in German and English language
