Responsibilities

• Build and deliver product demonstrations and sales presentations to create excitement around CyberArk technology. Use your knowledge of DevOps concepts to understand and align with customer needs, matching their problems with CyberArk solutions.

• An understanding of security concepts and the development of security roles within organizations that meet functional, technical and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to anticipate risks and devise solutions in the moment; adaptable.
• Travel as needed (<50%).
• Experience navigating enterprise scale sales cycles preferred.

The salary range for this position is $119,000 – $175,000/year, plus commissions or discretionary bonus, which will be based on the employee’s performance. Base pay may also vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. What you need to succeed:

• Hire, train and develop team members to align with company values, growth and business objectives
• Manage and motivate the direct team by correlating performance expectations to business goals – including guiding account planning, proposal development, consistent performance feedback, etc.
• Build a network of customer executive relationships (independently and along other team members) to grow programs leading to expansion opportunities and execute customer negotiations accordingly
