For that mission you’ll need:
- BSc Computer Science / Software Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 5 years’ hands-on experience in back-end software development of high-performance complex systems.

- Experience with concepts such as multithreading, REST, web-sockets and application servers.

About the Role:
We are seeking a(6-10 years’ experience) to join our Performance team. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and maintenance of custom automationto ensure high-quality, scalable software delivery. You will collaborate closely with development, SRE and product teams, and drive automation-first practices across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain custom automations and inhouse- tools .
- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines , integrating automated testing and performance validation.
- Develop and maintain observability dashboards and monitoring solutions .
- Profile and analyze system performance (CPU, memory, DB, cache, network) to identify bottlenecks.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers on performance/ automation best practices .

Mandatory Skills / Experience:
- Strong scripting/programming skills (Python, Bash, Go, or similar).
